Question5: Are you sure the packing will be excellent? If damage happens during the transportation who will be responsible for that?
Answer: Yes, we ensure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates and metal strips for outside packing. Inside, we use shockproof plastic film to protect the products. In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens,you willbecompensated by the insurance company. 2) Shipping 
Most of our sculptures are delivered by ship because of its lower cost which usually take 15-25 days to reach most countries in the world. To protect our customers' interests, we buy all-risk insurance for all our sculptures

3) Terms of Payment

10% paid as advance payment and 50% paid after clay mold is finished, the balance should be paid after buyer's inspection before shipment
